 Carlos works with reservations, operations and maintenance.
He dives since 1979 and teaches diving as an instructor since 1981.

 Martina is the
Dive Shop Leader.
She is a PADI Instructor with over 3’000 Dives and teaches Dive Courses in German, Italian, French, Spanish and English. She comes from Switzerland.

 Natalie is receptionist.
She is in charge of organizing our daily tours, taking reservations and providing you with any information you may need. She is Mexican-Swiss and speaks fluent german, english and spanish.

| Barbara |
 Barbara alias BeBe is PADI/SSI Instructor and cave diver.
She is been diving the reefs of Playa del Carmen and Cozumel for over 6 years and has a talent for finding the small animals like seahorses. Barbara was born in Japan and grew-up in the USA. She speaks English, Spanish and Japanese and is addicted to Swiss chocolate!

 Roman is PADI/SSI Instructor with more than 10 years experience of diving in Playa del Carmen and Cozumel. He also is an expert in cavern and cave diving and takes you on an unforgettable journey to Yucatan's famous and unique Cenotes. Roman was born in Germany, he speaks German, English and Spanish. In his free time, Roman enjoys cooking.

 Emilio works as a Dive Instructor and Cavern «Cenote» Dive Guide as well. He has been a Dive Instructor for almost 10 years of which 8 years have been at Cyan Ha. He teaches Diving in English and Spanish. He was born in Mexico.
